THIRD REICH MARKSMANSHIP LANYARD FOR ARTILLERY SOLDIERS.

This is again a near mint example of an original 2nd type marksmanship lanyard in thick silver bullion with rayon protective backing. It has the larger shield with crossed rifles and Wehrmacht eagle in the centre. LUFTSCHUTZ BLUE MEDICAL PERSONNEL ARMBAND.

A nice example in the typical sky blue rayon material used on a lot of Luftschutz armbands. Has a white cross woven into the material ‘bevo’ style. It also has a nice ink stamp for the issuing Stadt or town, although the crest and name of the town are too blurred to read properly. Machine sewn up the rear and it also has the tiny numbers ‘22’ also sewn into the cloth.  read more

LEATHER SWORD PORTAPEE FOR THIRD REICH FIRE OFFICERS .

Identical construction to a standard army officers sword knot. However, this has a black leather strap with triple silver lines running the length. The acorn ball is all silver bullion wire and the little slide is black and silver. The insert at the base of the acorn is bright carmine red. The knot has been on a sword at some time, but the leather is all fine and supple.  read more

SET OF ARMY DAGGER HANGERS WITH LARGE EYELETS.

These are the last of the stock from my friend in Austria. These are ‘new OLD STOCK’ original Third Reich Police portepees. He bought the entire stock of a Taylor’s shop that shut down after 80 years. They still had a lot of Third Reich items. RARE ‘GROSSE’ SIZE LARGE POLICE SWORD PORTAPEE.

This is the much harder to find, large portapee for the Third Reich Police parade sword. These are half as big again as the normal police portapee. The strap is much wider and the ball is much bigger also.
In excellent condition. Leather strap with silver and red lines running the length. The ball is all silver bullion with a red/silver/black insert. A great knot!
