EXTREMELY LONG NSDAP/PARTY BUILDING 'STREAMER' FLAG DRAPE!

Whilst I have had smaller versions of these 'triangular' party flags, I have never had one this long or as complete. This is really long measuring over 15’ in length. It would only have been used for one purpose and that was to hang in the streets for a big party day or similar. You often see pictures of the time with streets festooned with flags etc., while a parade goes on underneath. I have found a picture to illustrate the fact and it shows Nuremberg in 1935. These exact very long pennants are hanging in lines above the street! In slightly faded red cotton and double sided with the white swastika disks sewn separately to each side. The wide top has a reinforced pocket sewn into the fabric where a pole or a rod would have been slid inside to support it.
No damage or moth holes as far as I can see. Definitely bought back as a souvenir by returning troops.
