HITLER YOUTH KNIFE BY ANTON WINGEN RZM M7/51.

A proper ‘used’ example that came from a friend of mine. His father kept it in his tool box for years and it has only surfaced recently. This is a post 1938 piece so does not have a blade motto. A very nice scabbard with all original paint and supple leather belt loop and cross strap. Popper present and works. Hilt has all the heavy nickel plating present with no wear. The chequered grip plates are fine and the enamel HJ diamond is perfect.
The blade is very wide and clean, but at some time has been slightly rounded at the tip. Either by the original owner or the veteran who bought it back. It makes the blade slightly shorter, but still looks very good. The reverse riccasso has the RZM circle and M7/51 1941 deeply stamped into it.
A good example and priced accordingly.
